If you don't have a facilitator, you are the facilitator

In this interview, I chatted with Charles Jessup, who is an internal facilitator for an Oil and Gas company in Texas. On a daily basis, Charles leads and facilitates meetings, workshops and events  for internal managers and leaders within the company, looking to improve their side of the organization.
